just wondering .. for all of your who interviewed after Dec 1st..... because the waiting is killing me !!!

"Thanks for your interest in VCU School of Dentistry. We are finished with our application cycle for this year. Our cycle closed on November 1 and the last letter of invitation went out last week. Our interviews end on February 15.

I wish you well and encourage you to re-apply next year, but do so very early, say July or August.

Good luck."

I did not interview at VCU. I recently retook the DAT and called to confirm if they had got my new scores and if I would be considered. They responded with the above message in my email today. Bummer... 🙁

I imagine if you had an interview already, you may have a decent shot. I would call and ask for a status update though... Best of luck to you!

I just heard form VCU... they updated my AADSAS. And I am sure that it just happened within the last half hour. Good Luck everyone

Does that mean applying to the AADSAS by july or august? Or for vcu to receive the application by july or august from aadsas??

🙁 I haven't heard from them yet, and yeah VCU is my #1 school even though I already got in a better school ( better reputation ). I guess I should start looking for housing at UPenn

My AADSAS status for VCU changed to "Offer Made", too, but I probably won't be accepting (got into a few schools closer to home) so there's an open spot for somebody out there!
