I graduated from Brown last month and spent last summer doing research at UT (not bio/med related) and loved it there. Has anyone ever done an informal program at UT? I'm not from Texas, but would really like to move there for med school and beyond.
FWIW I wasn't a premed in college although I started off as a neuro major so I have a 3.75 BCPM in the eight classes I took in the area (3.57ish overall, earth science major). Most of the premed reqs still need to be fulfilled--orgo, physics, biochem if texas schools require it, and math since I just ap'd out in college.
