Which one is a better book-Cliffs or Schuams?

Though i have both of them.
I am confused as Cliffs is very concise whereas Schaums has too much of extra stuff.
So Cliffs along with Campbell (as reference) would be a good combination?
and yeah going thru destroyer after that.....

Cliff's is good if you have taken a lot of bio courses. It is easy to read and doesn't put you to sleep like schaumms.

anyone know if there is a big difference between 2nd edition AP Bio vs 3rd edition. Is it worth getting the 3rd? Which edition did most of you use? thanks

I don't know. I picked up the third edition at my local Barnes and Nobles.

The problem is, that all that 'exta stuff' is just the type of question they ask on the dat to throw you off. I used both, and my opinion is that if you already have a good hold on bio, then you should use schaums. It's so intense, but it'll definitely refine anyones knowledge on bio. The cliffs is good for someone who is really just learning bio-like you said, either way you need to use destroyer to know bio for the dat

strange... I found cliffs enjoyable, destroyer doable, but schaum overwhelmed even after reading campbell from front to back.

Sajjy are you planning a DAT retake? yours stats look pretty good to me ... are you trying to bring up your reading comp or why the retake?

No i am not retaking it.....this was posted when i was studying for it over the winter break.....idk how this came up now😕
yeah i have a low RC score and it does scares me of not getting in this cycle......

i used Campbell and Cliffs and Destroyer for Bio section....did not even touch Schaums for once.....i pretty much based on Campbell...
