So, I took AP Biology in high school and took the test but only got a 2 so it didn't count as an credit in college. Do I still have to enter that information in the coursework?

I'm guessing that means it isn't on your college transcript, so no.

No, I wouldn't! It's not like you took the course in college and didn't pass or anything so I don't think you should include it.
