Uh Im taking some biology courses here and there at community college incase I need to reapply next year like micro bio, human form and function etc.

My Gen chem came from AP credits, will any DO schools deny test credits? I know some MD schools do.

Some do yes. Some will accept chemistry and English AP credit but not biology. Some are able to work something out with course substitutions. I contacted each school.

For mine my AP credit covered 2 /3 quarters of gen chem , 1 quarter of physics but being a stem major I have like 5 physics classes, and a few calcs but I have a ton of calc classes ontop of that.

should I take gen chem at community college or more bio classes?

currently my planned schedule is Microbio, Biology form and Function, Intro to Evolution, and Im debating taking a 4th course or not, which would be gen chem I

My AP credits covered 2 semester of chem, bio and physics each and I didn't have the option of retaking them at my undergrad. I would strongly recommend retaking them if the option is there for you just for the A and I'm sure reviewing gen chem will be helpful on the MCAT if you need to retake that.

As for DO schools that deny AP credits, I know UNECOM does off the top of my head. If you just look through the websites of the DO schools you see yourself applying to they should state their policy on AP credits.

Thats what I am probably going in for, Im taking Introduction to Chemistry which is the first part of the gen chem series.
