You should check with the individual schools where you plan to apply, but generally higher level classes are acceptable to most schools. If that isn't the case for some of your schools, you will either need to retake the physics sequence or not apply to those schools. But talk to the schools first so that either way you can make an informed decision.

Also, get used to jumping through stupid and expensive hoops, my friend. It gets worse from here, not better.
