Does size and position of the apical foramen changes with age?
I thought it doesn't but can't find any confirmation?

The apical foramen gets smaller with age, as does the pulp chamber and pulp canal.

Cementum is continuously deposited at the apex of the tooth. This can lead to displacement of the apical foramen.
