App timeline...confused?

I was reading on NYCOM's wesbite that the app materials deadline is Feb. 1st/transcripts Feb. 15th 2005. Is this for entry to the 2006 class? If so then I have more questions, but I just want to clear this up. Cheers!

BTW- I looked int he sticky's and searched and couldnt find the answer, the stickys had a timeline but it was for Allopathic...

I think it is for the entering class of 2006. I don't think you need to send in the transcripts unless you are accepted.

so you send in your app before the april mcat? or does that mean i have to apply in feb 2006? confused. 😕

That's for the class starting fall '05, this year's application cycle (aka c/o 2009).

To apply for entering 2006 (c/o 2010), you'll have to wait till this June/July when the cycle starts back up again.

Sorry I made a mistake. Should have been 2005. I don't think adcoms are thinking about next years application cycle yet.
