For the app, when they are asking for total weeks do they mean all of the weeks you have done volunteering, shadowing, work experience. So if I started something in 2011 till present do I calculate 6 years worth of weeks? Thank you!

No, I think it's however many weeks you actually participated in the activity. So for example if you volunteered somewhere for 10 weeks over the span of 6 years, and each week you volunteered 5 total hours, you just put 5 hours,10 weeks, for a total of 50 hours.
