Hi all! I’m at a prac site that’s new for our program this year and would love some advice on how to list some of my hours. The site is an interdisciplinary clinic for child/adolescent autism assessment. The kid and family work with myself and my supervisor, a developmental pediatrician, and a speech language pathologist for a clinical interview and assorted testing and tends to focus on more complex cases with medical/communication differentials. After we’ve all finished testing, we meet to decide on diagnoses and recommendations then all do feedback together with the family.

My question is… how should these diagnostic conversations be classified? My best guess has been Consultation but I’m not sure it fits. Since I’ll be at this prac once a week all year, I want to make sure I’m accurate with my hour counting. Thanks!

Isn't consultation listed under intervention? If so, doesn't that need to be patient-facing hours? It sounds like the multidisciplinary meetings are more similar to a case conference, but the feedback session would be coded as feedback.

There's a professional consultation activity under the Support Hours category.
