Ok, I ordered First Aid for OB/Gyn from bookmavens and the idiots sent me this book (Appleton and Lange) instead. I'm really not too eager to go through all the trouble of sending it back, but I haven't heard a word about how good this book is for preparing for the shelf. I'd appreciate any feedback on this book. Thanks.

If it's the A+L OB/Gyn question book, I would definitely recommend that you return that sucker. I "used" that book to study for my OB/Gyn shelf exam, and it was of no help at all. 80% of the questions can be answered before learning a thing about OB/Gyn just by using common sense. It is a waste of time.
