Appleton & Lange USMLE OUTLINE Review: any good?

Was browsing this book at Border's yesterday and it looked pretty good, but there are no reviews on Amazon and nothing turned up on SDN search either. Anyone have personal experience?

I bought it a 4 weeks before my step 1 and wished i had bought it sooner, it is a very good concise summary of all body systems, beginning with embryology, normal function and abnormal diseases. Very easy book to read when you dont feel like sitting in front of robbins for a few hours, and you come away with a good snapshot of each system.
Would recommend it as an 'add-on' book to your studies but not as a primary text.
Personally I wish i had it during the preclinical years just to summarise the modules i was taking.
