Hopefully people who have been in my shoes can answer this one for me. If a person is applying this year for fall 2008 to a school, and is currently still in school whether as an undergrad/master/post-grad student, would what you do in this current year of school have any effect on your admission to pharmacy school? I dont mean you can bomb this final year, but supposing you were entering this year with a 3.0 and in a post-grad program and after 2 more semesters raised to a 3.2 gpa, would this have any effect on your admission for 2008? I only ask because i plan to apply in may 2008 for the fall 2009 term, and am planning on joining a post-grad for 1 year to raise my gpa. BTW, good luck to you all that apply. Thanks.

Schools really only have a chance to consider your fall semester grades because by the time you would have your spring semester grades out, all the spots will be filled. Some schools might not consider fall grades if they have a early deadline or are rolling admissions. I'm not sure on that point that.
