Application Advice. Please help quick!!

So I scored a 24Q (10-5-9) on the mcat in April. My practice tests were around 30 but I blew verbal on the real thing. I'm retaking in august and I expect to do significantly better. My application is ready to submit. So my question is apply to one school and add the rest later after recieving my new mcat score. Or apply to all schools now(with the note that I'm retaking the mcat in august). The reason I would prefer the later is I would expect to recieve some secondaries earlier. If I went this route (applied to all schools now) is it possible that some schools would filter my app immediately, before I get my second score back?

I would suggest waiting until August. Some schools have a minimum score for each of the sections in MCAT, so the 5 might bring you down. If the schools you are applying to screen the MCAT score, you might not get a secondary application.

You should wait till the new score comes out. Meanwhile you might want to look at last year's thread to get some ideas of secondary prompts from different schools.
