So I am taking the PCAT on September 5th and the application deadline for Wayne State is November 1st I believe. Would it be better to send in my application soon then when I get my PCAT score send that or should I just send them all together?

The thing is my school won't review my application until they receive all of the materials including my PCAT score so that is why I am asking because I don't know if it would make a difference or not if I sent it sooner or later considering this.

Right, no school will consider your application until all the required components are submitted.

By submitting the application early:
*Pharmcas will be able to calculate your GPAs and verify your transcripts(4ish week turnaround).
*You have the peace of mind knowing that the only thing left on your application is the submission of your PCAT scores and academic updates.

There is literally no difference in either scenario from the vantage point of the schools you are applying to, but I think you would benefit from the early submission.
