Application Complete E-mails

Do all medical schools send an e-mail when your application is "complete," as in all materials have been submitted and received by the school, or are there some that do not send such a confirmation?

Some/most will send a confirmation email.

Some will only update your status on their portal.

A handful won't say anything at all.

If there's a school in particular you're curious about, you can typically find out on the School-Specific threads.
