"Application complete" = no more materials required?

Hey all,
If I got the "Application Complete" email and that the application will go under review, does that mean they really don't need more materials from me? For a couple of the schools, I technically didn't meet the LOR requirements (missing science or dentist letter, for example), but I still got the "application complete" email from the schools. Will they get back to me later asking for that missing letter ...? I'm guessing not, because they would have asked me for the letter BEFORE sending me the application complete email (I know WesternU and Marquette did this), but what do you all think?

I got an email from a school a few weeks after the "app complete" email stating that one of my LORs didn't meet their requirements and they let me submit another one.

Is this true? I have 2 listed as "application complete" and admissions said i will remain at this status until invited for interview. One of the schools where I got an interview my status is still "none". I wasn't placing too much weight on my application status on AADSAS because it seems like not everyone updates it.

No, this is not true. You can look at the U Mich page to see how AADSAS statuses were "Application Complete" before interviews rolled out.

I meant the "Your application is considered complete and now will undergo review by the admissions committee" (or somewhere along that line) email, not the status on the AADSAS portal.

Is this really true? Ive heard it means the opposite, that you will most likely get invited for an interview.

No, it is NOT true. It means exactly what it says... they have everything they need from you, and they'll let you know about any interviews or rejections when the time comes. There is no deeper meaning to it.

This is not true. Just to give you an example I got the application complete email from Midwestern and two days later got an invite for interview.
