Application complete?

Does anyone know if western alerts you when you application is complete? I expect my application should have been complete a while ago, but have heard nothing. I emailed the admissions rep but no response, when I call, the machine is always on. It all seems a bit disorganized to me. Has anyone heard?

Does PCOM tell you when your app is complete?
