Do all OMS residency programs send out confirmation that your application is complete? I have been waiting for these for a while and haven't gotten any from a lot of the programs I applied to.

no. most do not.

Not sure about OMS, but I've had to call most (35-ish out of 40) endo programs to confirm that they got my application materials.
