just out of curiosity, how much would it cost to apply to every single derm program? also, how many derm programs are there and what is the cost for each app? thanks in advance and sorry if this has been asked and answered.

Just applications? Probably around $2500-3000. I'm sure you're aware of all the other costs associated with interviewing.
