Hi. I am an IMG - recent grad, poor step 1 score (193), taken CS (awaiting result, think it went well and hope it goes well) the result of which will be out in August. Failed CK and will retake it at the end of August (30th). I have USCE (2 months) and US LORS plus Case Report done with an attending (hopefully will be published). Question is do I send in my application to programs with CK pending or wait till CK is out (probably last week in September or so) to send in my application?

With a failed CK score only, your application is going nowhere. If you had never attempted CK we could debate what the best thing to do. Your best chance is to wait until you have a passed result on CK or risk programs discarding your application (and they are unlikely to go back to look later)
