I was verified early this morning and this is my current status. I was under the impression that schools couldn't see my primary until the 27th of June. Is this just poor wording on the part of AMCAS?

I think so. Otherwise wouldn't some schools that have automated systems be sending out secondaries?

great question. this has been bugging me. I strongly recommend calling amcas and posting what they say here. if not i will tomorrow.

Your application is ready to be viewed, but schools cannot download them until the 27th of June.

I should point out that the same thing happens on ERAS, the residency application service. Your Dean's letter may be uploaded in July, but programs cannot download them until they are released on October 1st.

Don't bother. The application is not released to schools until June 27 and they cannot start sending out secondaries until that date.
