Which areas of my application needs to be patched up before I apply? Any advice in general?

Background
-Asian Male
-Canadian
-Attending Ivy College (International Student, I can't do anything about it...)

Target Schools
-Top tier research + primary cares
-Some Canadian allopathics too

Academics:
-Major: Neuroscience (Psych Minor)
-Cum GPA: ~3.8
-Science GPA: ~3.8-3.9
-Various academic awards
-MCAT: ~37
-Honors thesis by graduation

ECs

-Neuro-physio research (2 years, freshmen-soph, HHMI funded, published)
-Neuro-optic research (2 years, junior-senior, scholarship funded)
-Lacrosse Team (4 yrs, 1 year Captain)
-Academic Chair of Fraternity
-Undergraduate advisor (2 years)
-Advisor positionS to various campus issues (sex, eating disorder, alcohol abuse, academic advice, 3 years)
-Medical shadowing (various doctors over 4 years)
-Various volunteer work(blood drives, help little kids, etc)
(some of the volunteer work are through clubs which I hold leadership in)

Could you be very specific about your clinical experience, by which I mean face-to-face interactions with sick people for whom you are providing a service (not shadowing, where you watch while the doc provides a service). Clinical experience can be gained through employment, volunteerism, and via clinical research. I'm assuming it's embedded in the activities you mention.

Otherwise you seem strong in research, leadership, and presumably community service. Any teaching/mentoring position would also be good to mention. Adcomms like to see sports involvement and it shows teamwork and dedication to something.
