I just realized that I incorrectly answered "No" to the question "Did you have paid employment prior to age eighteen?" in the family situation section of environmental factors. I did have paid employment prior to age eighteen, and I have listed this experience in my application.
I’m worried that schools may think I’m lying. I contacted ADEA, and they said to reach out to schools individually.
Should I be worried about this and send updates immediately to all of the schools I applied?
Thanks.

A checkbox isn't lying. I don't think it's a big enough deal to notify the students that you made a mistake. Granted, dentists are sticklers for detail so highlighting such an insignificant error may not be so trivial to them. If you email, make sure it's the admissions office. We probably just use the box for census reporting or a factor to determine your SES.
