Does each school have a standard way of notifying applicants of rejections, interview invites and acceptances? I hear that some are via email,mail, or AADSAS. My concern is that, I am planning on moving in the next couple of months, and I wouldn't want any delays of receiving mail, which often occur when one moves. Especially if its regarding an acceptance or interview invite. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You're right - there are a variety of ways they will contact you for an interview (so I have heard). I would definitely use the address that will have someone who can keep an eye on it for you while you're moving (ie. at home and get your parents to check it).
