After reading the bribe your interviewer gag thread, I was wondering what experiences you've had, seen, or heard were that blew an application up. These can be anything from swearing at the interviewer to slipping the secretary a $20.
All I ask is that you keep it light (preferably funny) and completely anonymous. That means no names, dates, or even schools for that matter.
The first one I'm thinking of involved a stellar applicant. Thought he was early, had everything submitted and everything picked out and ready to go mid September . Submitted his primary and waited... and waited... and waited. He checked up on his application and it still hadn't been verified. He ended up calling application services, where he was promptly notified he never actually hit submit on his application. He tried to submit immediately, but had already passed most of his schools submission deadlines and had an unsuccessful cycle.
