Application process, when to do what question

In my school, my pre-health advisor collects 3 professor's recommendation, 1 from dentist, and then 1 from himself thru 2 interviews.

I did all of these and my advisor has them all.

I have not asked him when he will send those letters but I don't think he can until I make an account at AADSAS.

I heard that the application cycle date has changed from May to June1, is it correct?

when do you guys think I should
1) make an account at AADSAS
2) ask my advisor to send all the recommendation letters
3) send 2 transcripts (1 from Community college, 1 from GMU)
4) submit personal statement, and other info such as volunteer hours, extracurricular activities
5) send application from AADSAS to schools
6) register for DAT (I am thinking about taking it on early August, is it ok?)
