So I had a few questions about applications.

The GPA calculated on the AADSAS says that an A+ is a 4.3 is that actually right? Cause if so that is sweet LOL.

For the reference letters, can I send those in later after I process my application?? Or does it all have to be done together. It says that section can be changed afterward the application is sent in. Cause I didn't think to ask the profs before summer started for the letters so I will have to wait for September. Any tips??

Also is there anyway to bypass this 4max rule?

I mean for example:
Boston wants 3 faculty (2 sciences) and 1 dentist
Tufts wants 2 faculty (1 bio, 1 chem/biochem/physics), 1 dentist

My issues is that I will have better reference letters coming from Chemistry profs since my major is biochem so getting a bio letter is probably not going to be a very strong letter in comparison. I mean I want to send the Bio prof letter but I don't know if I want to use this letter for Boston. I'm not sure if I explained this properly but I hope someone understands what I am getting at.

Sign up for an interfolio.com account ($15 a year) and have the biology professor send it in to interfolio. Then you can forward it from interfolio to the school, and it will still be marked as waived if you choose it to be so. Send only those letters that you want sent to all schools to AADSAS. Some schools only accept letters forwarded from AADSAS, but the only school that I know of that follows that rule is ASDOH. Double check to make sure, but I've already actually forwarded a letter from interfolio to Tufts, and as far as I know that isn't a problem.

Of course, you could also just have your professor send it directly to the school, but interfolio is nice because it holds onto your letters and you can send it to as many places as you want. That saves your professor time, plus, they can electronically upload it to interfolio, which is easier than sending a printed version to the schools.

Anyone got an answer to the first two questions I asked?
