Do I have to wait for my MCAT scores to come in before I can submit my AMCAS application?

Is the 4 to 6 week processing period from when you submit the application to AMCAS?

I am taking the MCAT friday 8/21, and I am scoring between 30-33 on practice exams.

Should I get everything done on the application (ie. PS & LOR,
My transcripts are already recieved), and then pick a range of schools banking on a score somewhere on the lower side of my average?

Can I add schools if say I do better once I have my scores mid-late sept?

No, you can submit AMCAS with pending MCAT scores.
