Hi

I am wondering is it smarter to have my prehealth advisor send my transcript and compositite LOR directly to the individual schools, or should they send it to ADDSAS? If they are sent directly to the schools, would the individual dental schools possibly misplace them since they are sent seperately from my application from ADDSAS?

I did both. I sent it to AADSAS, but some school want it directly form the person making the recomendations and even tho they get had if from AADSAS they didn't approve of it (ie SUNY Stony Brook). So what I did was I had the the LOR filed away at my career center so it will stay untampered, and I had them send it away to few schools that wanted directly. You should find out from the schools you are applying to as to what they want.
