On the ADEA application it asks for brief summaries after shadowing, leadership roles, awards, etc. How detailed should these be? Should you include specific procedures or just the general idea of what you learned shadowing? Research....specific research projects or just overall? catch my drift..?

Non-specific. They limit the summaries to 150 characters, so expect to write no more than two sentences per box.
