Hello everyone,

I am a little late getting everything together - I just sent in the Transcript Matching forms to my colleges, and they will submit my official transcripts to my application.

The dentist I am shadowing is sending in an LOR, as well as one of my professors. I am still waiting on the 2nd professor to submit his LOR.

My question is, do I need to wait for the transcripts and my GPA to be on my application before I click e-submit?

No, you can submit but of course your GPA won't be calculated until your all of your transcripts are received. GPA verification takes place after you e-submit, not before.

I have one more question since it is Sunday and I cannot call -

In the LOE matching form section - I have one professor and the dentist I have been shadowing pending (waiting on them to submit).

But since it is summer, and I have not been able to get into contact with the other professors I want to send a letter in, I don't have a second professor pending yet on my application.

If I e-submit with only the doctor and one professor, will I be able to go back in in a few weeks when I get into contact with the second professor and add him into the LOE section? Or do I need to have him in the LOE section before I click e-submit?

As long as the status is not marked "Completed", you can add/delete as you please before/after you e-submit.

It seems that having my doctors and first professors LOE's pending has made it "Completed."

So I'm guessing I cannot e-submit until I enter the 3rd reference name (second professor)?

No, you CAN submit, you can add/delete new/old references anytime (is what I should have said) as long as its NOT marked completed. Think of LOEs independently from your application, when you last letter is completed, it will be mailed out in the next available batch.
