Application question???

This is my first post on SDN, so hopefully I have done it correctly. My question is does anyone know if I should be adding my EMT certification information in the professional coursework section of the application? My advisor was not sure either...Thanks for any help offered.

Ricky...I am an EMT also. I did not mention the EMT cert. in that section, since it is not really "professional cousework". I believe they are looking more for things you did in a masters or graduate program. I would DEFINATELY list the EMT work in the work section, and maybe even make mention of it in your personal statement. I hope that this helps. good luck
