It took a while to complete the application and send the transcripts longer than anticipated but I spoke to person on the application service and he said it will take 7-10 days to be complete. He says I am in the slow month of February in which applications get processed faster.

My concern is at this stage do you think I am late in the admission process. I have a 3.7 science and overall but that wont mean much since I dont have my MCAT score till mid April. However, some schools (Western, AZPod, and Scholl) stated they will interview students without MCAT score, so assuming they get the podiatry application materials in late February do I stand a good chance at interview?

I took my MCAT in Jan. and applied to four schools and Western being one of them. All the schools except DMU has placed my application on hold until the score is released. I don't know about AZPod and Scholl though, I didn't apply to them.

You will need to call up the schools and talk to them about the exceptions that they might have. I know that you are very competitive but you won't have an official acceptance until they have your MCAT.

You aren't too late in the game. You still have a good shot of at least one of your top three.

Some schools will interview you but there will be no decision without an MCAT score. You should get an interview, whether sooner or later, though.
