I have a question. How many slots are available on the application to put down extra curriculars?

Just 10. This section is not just Extracurriculars but also Volunteer/Community Service. So be sure to put the ones that you spent the most time doing, are most important to you. There is another section for "Dental experience" where you can put in dental shadowing and volunteering.
