Application Timeline (complete early-mid october)

hey guys, i was just wondering when i can realistically hope to hear back concerning interview invites assuming i was complete around early-mid october. there were a couple of posts about this in years prior, but i couldnt find any good info

obviously it varies from school to school, but i was hoping to get some sort of general timeline. i have heard from one relatively informed source that i wont hear anything until after new years, but i was hoping this wasnt the case. any info would be helpful

depends on your stats and how backed up the schools are. I wouldn't expect a lot of news until after new years, that way anything that comes before then is a (hopefully) pleasant surprise.
