Application Timeline Question

Hello All.

The timeline always gets me confused, so here are some questions that I have. First I just want to say I am planning to matriculate the fall of 2011 (c/o 2015). So here goes.

1. I went on the AACOMAS website and I got a timeline for the "2010 application cycle." Is this the cycle that I want to be on if I want to matriculate fall of 2011?

2. If so, I was very surprised by the due dates:

Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNTHSC/TCOM) *
Oct. 1, 2009 Oct. 15, 2009

Michigan State University
College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) Dec. 1, 2009 Feb. 9, 2010

Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine
of Midwestern University (AZCOM) Jan. 1, 2010 Mar. 15, 2010

Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine
of Midwestern University (CCOM) Jan. 1, 2010 Mar. 1, 2010

Nova Southeastern University
College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM) Feb. 1, 2010 Mar. 1, 2010

Are these remnant due dates for the class of 2014? (I sure hope so)

3. If these dates are in fact for the cycle of c/o 2014, then when should I expect the c/o 2015 cycle to start up? Spring?

Yes, those dates are for classes starting Fall 2010. As you hope to start Fall 2011, you will apply this next cycle which will open in May (usually).
