just to get a few things straight.

I'm sending my transcripts on monday, and it will probably take a few weeks (lag time) for AADSAS to receive it right? so at this time, I can work on my application essay and fill out the app. And once AADSAS has received my transcripts i can e-send the app (which has no lag time) hopefully by early August, so they can verify my gpa. which might take a few weeks, then they forward it to my schools. is this a correct sequence of events? Will this still be considered "Early"?

and of course, since im using my univeristy letter of rec file service, my college just sends them to each of my schools once i tell them to, correct? ill do this ASAP when my LORs are all in.

as far as supplemental materials, what exactly do they mean by that?

i think you have the timeline right. as for this being "early" or not, i can't really say. personally, i don't think it's "early" and depending on your stats, you may want to submit earlier (remember, some people have already submitted their application and the earlier the better since it's rolling admission). as for supplemental materials, you can see what each school wants in addition to the addsas application by looking here http://bit.ly/8TvTl . some schools will email you an essay supplemental while some like penn have something for you to print out and mail in.....it's all in that link.
