Application Transcript help

[aspiringdentistplshelp]

I took 2 courses from another university during the summer because it was close to home and I transferred them to my university. How do I add these courses to the transcript section for the application? Do I add another college/university attended and write it down there? Or do I just write it under my university?

You'll need to add another college/university attended and request the transcript from them.
