Application under review but more info needed?

So one of the schools I am applying this cycle is Tufts. I just got an email saying that I owe them the supplemental fee. Ok, no prob. When I check my AADSAS where it says school decisions, it says that for Tufts, the application is "received/under review."

Other schools which I KNOW are still awaiting other stuff says "received/awaiting additional information" or something of the sort.

Just wondering why it says that the application is "received/under review" even though I did not send the supplemental fee yet.

Of course, this is not a huge issue, just pointing out a discrepency and wondering if anyone can chime in or has experience with this.

Don't read too much into statuses, schools choose which status they want you to see but that status may have a different meaning than another school. Some won't even utilize the school decisions page or may update your status once and then never again for the entire cycle.

If there is anything in question, don't be afraid to call the school so they may address the issue directly.
