Hey guys i have a question: I took the DAT a year ago and i scored average AA 19, PAT 17, however i'm going to retake the DaT in august, i was wondering if i should report my DAT scores first when i send in my apps at the end of this month or should i just leave the dat score section blank? I'm just worried because i feel like some schools might just reject me off the bat ?

If u feel like u are going to do much better the 2nd time around, then no, i would not submit the dat scores. Just make sure u are confident that u are going to score better.

There is a part in AADSAS that asks you to write your previous scores and the date you took your last DAT, you should fill that out and then, you can also wirte when you are RETAKING DAT again, so they would know that you are planing to take it AGAIN. They won't reject you like that. Anyways if you take DAT again, when ADA sends your new score they send the old score with it as well so it wouldn't look nice if you don't report your old scores. ADA sends your last 3 or 4 DAT scores to the schools!
Good Luck

What if you took the Canadian DAT, should you still report it? I'm going to take the American one in July.
