is it possible to send the application out without doing the essay and submitting the essay at a later time because I know you can send it out without taking the oat and recommendation letters

The essay is part of the application, they give you a list of things (essay is part of that list) you must have completed before finalizing your application.

I personally don't think it's possible...
I know the site wouldn't allow me to submit the application without the essay at least filled up with a letter.
Of course, this is the first year with Optomcas, and I applied last year.
(But is writing the essay really that hard?)

I think it is because it does have a big impact on the application
