Ok, so here I am again having all these questions about the applications.

I know.... I am gonna probably get one of those: dont you read the instructions? Anyway, I appreciate your help 😉

1) If I get the grade B in the class and retake it and get A, how am I supposed to designate that on the app. Is the first time taken "exempted" since the grade was not calculated in the GPA? Is the second time taken class Rep01?
Or are both classes( first and second) rep 01. What if I have more retaken classes are they rep 02, rep03...and so on? I guess my biggest confusion is how to designate the same class taken twice.

2) I have been doing a lot of translating for refugees in the community, but I did not work for the specific organization.People would call me up and ask me for help to translate documents or take them to doctor appointments. Now, I did lot of these "calls" but I am not sure if I should put this on the extracurricular activities list.If I do put it, would it sound cheezy?

3)Also, do they check the amount volunteering hours?.I have huuuuge problem.I volunteered in a hospital for one year and it says that I have only 69 hrs. put in, thats BS because I did over hundred for sure. I guess sometimes I did not swipe the badge, and there were times when my badge did not work. I did not really care about it because I figured I was not getting paid anyway. Now I see the hrs. are indeed important. What to do? 😡 maybe I could have the volunteering supervisor write me a letter or something.( if its still the same person, or if she even remembers me... 😕 )

Sorry for such long email, your help is appreciated.

I don't know anything about filling out the AACOMAS (haven't got there yet) but

2) I would definitely put this on your extracurriculars. I would, if it was me. I don't think it's cheesy. Going to 1 meeting of the Forward Thinkers club for a half hour and putting that on your app is cheesy.

3) They probably won't check it unless it's a huge number of hours, but: it wouldn't hurt to get a letter from your supervisor (although if you are getting a letter, maybe she could just change your volunteer hours record instead)

For putting in repeats:

List the first time course as repeat 1, put your credits to 0.00, and put your grade in.

List the second course as last repeat 1, put your credits to whatever it was, and put in your grade.

You are required to put in the proper semester hours that was scheduled for the class. Be sure your repeats and last repeats all match up and your grades/semester hours for "repeats" will NOT be calculated and your grades/semester hours for "lastrepeats" will be calculated. This info is indicated on the INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS SECTION in AACOMAS.

I called AACOMAS up and they told me to put 0 semester hours for the first class so it is not counted in the GPA.

Also, I did this last year and when they checked over my transcripts they left it like that.

Am I misinformed?
