Hey guys,

I am confusing about EC/dental experience part of application.
Friend of mine said we can put shadowing experience both in EC and dental experience part.
Is this how we fill out application?

I do not see the point that we put same info in two difference place.
It is kind like redundancy right?

Tell me your experience.

I believe it should go into the dental experience part only if you just merely shadowed. It would be considered an EC and dental experience if it was some regularly occuring volunteering for a dental orginization and you did actual work.

Shadowing goes under dental experience. Even if you place it under both, it wouldn't make a difference.

i agree with SanOnofre2002 and tamkhan that shadowing goes under dental experience.

i dont think you should put it in both. like you said, you dont want to be redundant. putting it twice will "waste" a spot for a different EC you could have put down. that is assuming you have a lot of different ECs
