Unless you're packing mid 20's, flirting with 4's and have a four-leaf clover in you're pocket, you're really pushing it this late. It's safe to say over 10,000 applicants have already submitted at this point.

The latest I heard of someone "submitting" was November. But they took their DAT in Novermber, and their app was in around September I believe. I agree with the consensus that at this point, it's too late in the game. Unless, like jeffity said, you have a remarkable application.

I was in the same situation as you last year and I am so happy I waited for the next cycle to apply. If I had applied last October I really don't think I would have gotten the interviews that I have now.

Wait so that you don't waste thousands of dollars...

With a 14, 15, and 16 in O chem, RC, and QR - a retake is an absolute must if you want any chance of admittance. Applying this cycle would absolutely be a waste of money, time, and effort. Your time would be far better spent continuing to get good grades in school, shadowing, and studying for a DAT retake.
