I am still in the midst of submitting my secondaries and seeing how interviews are already rolling in for people, I assume schools are diligently working to look through the 1000s or even 10000s of applications that are flying into their inboxes.
Two questions (particularly for adcoms on here)
1. Are those applications that complete in July or Early August given more of a thorough look? As in, when an application is viewed in late August, Early September, do the reviewers fatigued at that point and are more likely to skim?
2. And even when a school gets 6000-8000, (let's say conservatively 1000 of those are totally unqualified, <500 MCAT, <3.0 GPA etc), is it true that each and every single one is carefully read and scored (depending on how schools go about deliberating)?
I just hope mine doesn't get lost in the sauce. haha
