If you apply to a dental school and get accepted, yet do not attend, but apply again the next year, do you still have the same chance of getting accepted again?

It's really hard to say. The competition changes every year (usually it increases). So just because you get accepted this year, doesn't mean you'll be accepted the following year.

NO, definitely with the current number of applicants if u apply again, you will be in the same boat as everyone else is. They don't give you a second chance because there are way too many applicants out there and it's so far getting worse every year.
