Applications..Please Help!

Hey guys,
So I am doing my apps through optomcas. I have a few questions and I'm freaking out.....so I'd just like to thank you guys in advance.
1. Do I need to mail my transcripts out to them besides inputting my grades manually? If so where?
2. I have 3 LORs done and I have my last professor added, just waiting for here to complete it. Could I send the optomcas and the letter be added whenever she completes it or do I have to wait for her to finish?
3. How long does it usually take for optomcas to process the app?

I'm seriously stressing this so please feel free to give me any input.......Thank you for all your help guys.

1. You have to have the school send the transcripts directly. You cant do it, they need an official copy that you have never touched (read: not altered). The address is right on the mainpage of OptomCAS. It's somewhere in massachusetts. You do however have to input all your coursework, and when you click submit, OptomCAS reps will verify the class name and grade to your official transcript copies and recalculate your gpa. Send your transcripts early before you submit and the app will be mailed much faster. Mine only took 4 days, they say to allow 2 weeks.
2. You can submit everything and wait for your recommenders to finis,its in your best interest to do this since some take their time. Once OptomCAS gets all the LORs they will send them to your schools, even after the original app goes out to your schools. As long as you have provided the writers on the application and the contact info is in, you can submit, just check in occasionally to see that "new" turns into "complete" as they finish.
3. See above. Mine took 4 days, they say to allow 2weeks for mailing.

Thank you so much Blondiechick919, I wanted to know if I have to attach the transcript request form with the transcript or can I just send it out without it. The reason I ask is if it is really important to attach the form I'll have to go in person to my school which is hard as I work full time and I'd have to wait for my day off. If I don;t have to I can just put in a request online.

Hmmm..I requested mine on a website. I think you can submit without them being received my OptomCAS. It will slow you down a bit though. My transcripts were received before I submitted but that doesn't have to be the order of it.
