Applied Exam results mishandled by ABA

I recently failed the OSCE. I received a piece of paper in the mail today detailing which sections I did poorly on - and on the other side of that piece of paper were someone else's results. I tried to reach out to that person to inform them, and was able to find their facebook and Doximity pages, but wasn't able to directly message them.

Has this happened to anyone else?

We both did. I assumed my experience from residency would be enough to wing it, but was wrong. I suspect all I had to do was stick to the script the ABA wants us to follow for the communication sections. The technical parts were pretty straightforward.
