Apply before or after PCAT?

I've asked this a few times but never been able to get what I need. I'm taking the PCAT on the 21st, applying for admission in 2007. All of my schools are non-PCAS. Should I apply before or after my PCAT scores are in? If so, should I wait until my application gets there to send LOR's?

I'm not sure bout the whole pcat deal since I'm not planning to take it, but in regards to the application, I think it's okay to send the LORs before the application if not at the same time. Some schools prefer that you send them all together in the same packet for convenience sake, but some want the LORs sent directly from the writer. Ask the school what they prefer/require.
